Uborka Salata (cucumber salad)
A great refreshing little vinaigrette salad

4 Cucumbers 2/3 cup water 1/3 cup white vinegar 2 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper,  ¼ tsp. hot Hungarian Paprika or pinch of fine ground chilly.

1. Peel cucumbers, slice very thin.
2. Mix all ingredients and cool for 15 min.
3. Sprinkle with sweet Hungarian Paprika when serving.
